1/. In what countries can I buy online? And in which languages?

Purchases anywhere in the world.

You can search our website in 3 languages (French, English and Spanish).

2/. What is the ordering process?

Step 1: We confirm your order within 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays) by email.

Step 2: When we receive and accept your payment, we then prepare and ship your order. You will receive an email confirming the shipment. Shipping times depend on the country, and are between 2 days and more than a week.

3/. Is it safe to pay via the web? What forms of payment do you accept?

To ensure safe payment and security online, Défilé de Styles uses the online security system SSL (Secure Socket Layers). Moreover Défilé de Styles has chosen Braintree and PayPal which guarantee maximum security for your online payments.

You can pay for your purchase with:

4/. Can an article be returned?

The articles that Défilé de Styles sells are almost all unique. For this reason, the period available for returns and refunds is 7 business days starting from the moment you receive the article. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the article. You must notify us by email (info@defiledestyles.net) before returning the articles. We will send you the address for returning the item. The article must be in perfect condition, and accompanied by its price tag or sticker and a copy of the invoice. Articles cannot be returned or changed if these conditions are not met. Once the return is approved, Défilé de Styles will refund your payment directly on your account or via PayPal.
